1. Introduction
Welcome to IDS.GG, the digital brokerage platform specializing in trading usernames and digital identifiers. By using this platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
💡 IDS.GG acts as a neutral intermediary between sellers and buyers. We provide a secure Escrow system to protect both parties' rights.
2. Nature of Service
IDS.GG provides an electronic platform that allows users to buy and sell usernames and digital identifiers on various social media platforms. The platform acts solely as a trusted intermediary and is not a party to the contract between the buyer and seller.
3. Registration & Usage Terms
- The user must be of legal age (18 years or older)
- Registration information must be accurate and truthful
- Each account is personal and may not be shared with others
- You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account
- You must notify us immediately of any breach of your account
4. Fees & Commissions
IDS.GG charges a fee of only 3.5% of the value of each completed transaction. These fees are added to the buyer and are not deducted from the seller's amount.
Example: If the identifier price is $1,000, the buyer pays $1,035 (price + 3.5%), and the seller receives the full $1,000.
- No registration or monthly subscription fees
- No fees on listed identifiers that were not sold
- Fees are calculated automatically upon transaction completion only
5. Escrow System (Trusted Guarantee)
Upon completing a purchase, the full purchase amount is held in IDS.GG's secure Escrow system. Funds are not deposited into the seller's account until a full 24 hours have passed since the buyer received the credentials.
🕐 During those 24 hours, the buyer may open a dispute at any time. If no dispute is raised, funds are automatically transferred to the seller after the window expires.
- Buyer protection window: 24 hours from the moment account credentials are received
- During this period, the buyer may open a dispute at any time if a problem is found
- When a dispute is opened, the buyer and seller communicate directly to resolve the issue between themselves
- If no agreement is reached, either party may call the technical support team to intervene and make a final decision
- The support team's decision is final and binding on both parties, and funds are distributed accordingly
- If the 24-hour window expires with no dispute opened, funds are automatically deposited into the seller's account
6. Dispute System
In the event of a disagreement, either party may open a dispute within the 24-hour protection window. Both parties communicate directly first; if unresolved, either may call the support team for a final binding decision.
- The support team's decision is final and binding on both parties with no appeal
- The buyer may not raise any claim after the 24-hour window expires without opening a dispute — the transaction is deemed complete and final
- The buyer may not open a dispute after pressing "Confirm Receipt" under any circumstances
- Opening frivolous or unjustified disputes leads to account suspension
6.1 Seller Obligations
The seller is fully responsible for delivering the account correctly and securing it immediately upon completing the sale. The seller must take the following steps upon transaction confirmation:
- Deliver correct and complete login credentials immediately upon receiving payment
- Change all recovery information linked to the account (backup email, phone number)
- Unlink any devices or active sessions previously associated with them
- Remove any recovery methods that could allow them to reclaim the account after the sale
- Refrain from accessing or recovering the account by any means once the transaction is complete
⚠️ Any seller who attempts to recover a sold account or neglects to secure it in a way that harms the buyer will have their account permanently banned and may face legal action.
6.2 Buyer Obligations
The buyer is responsible for verifying the account immediately upon receipt and taking the following steps:
- Verify the login credentials immediately upon receipt and before the 24-hour window expires
- Change the password and enable two-factor authentication upon first login
- Link the account to their own personal information (email and phone number)
- Report any issue within the 24-hour window — no refund requests will be accepted after it expires
- Refrain from sharing account credentials with any third party after receipt
⚠️ IDS.GG is not responsible for any issues arising after the 24-hour window expires or after "Confirm Receipt" is clicked, whether caused by the buyer's actions or the account itself. The platform's responsibility ends once the protection window has expired.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Selling accounts you do not own or obtained through unauthorized means
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or inaccurate listings — vague descriptions such as "may contain" or "possibly includes" are strictly prohibited
- Selling verified accounts (Verified / Blue Tick) — strictly forbidden under any circumstances
- Including WhatsApp numbers, Telegram handles, or any external contact method inside product listings
- Conducting any transaction or negotiation outside the platform — IDS.GG bears no responsibility for any off-platform agreement, and both parties assume full liability
- Using the platform as a vehicle for currency conversion or money laundering
- Listing disabled, suspended, or otherwise unusable accounts
- Circumventing the Escrow system by any method
- Selling accounts associated with activities that violate local or international law or the policies of the original platforms
8. One Account Per User
Each user is permitted one account on IDS.GG. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another party.
🚫 If multiple accounts are detected, IDS.GG reserves the right to permanently suspend all related accounts and confiscate any balances held within them, without prior notice.
9. Wallet & Withdrawal Policy
- The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of any withdrawal details they enter — funds sent to an incorrect address due to user error cannot be recovered, and IDS.GG bears no liability
- Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the network, and may be delayed in exceptional cases
- IDS.GG reserves the right to temporarily freeze a wallet or suspend withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected, pending verification
10. Limitation of Liability
IDS.GG is not responsible for any losses resulting from:
- Original platforms closing accounts or changing their policies after a transaction is complete
- Inaccurate or misleading information provided by the seller
- Funds lost due to incorrect withdrawal details entered by the user
- Any agreement or transaction conducted outside the platform
- Service interruptions or delays caused by factors beyond our control
11. Platform Authority & Penalties
In cases of serious violations, fraud, or breach of these terms, IDS.GG reserves the following rights:
- Permanently suspend the account without prior notice
- Confiscate wallet balances as compensation for harm caused by the violation
- Decline any appeal or objection to suspension decisions where a violation has been established
- Seek legal compensation for any material or reputational damages caused to the platform or its users
- Remove any non-compliant listing or product without notice
12. Account Termination
IDS.GG reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these terms without prior notice in serious cases. You may request account deletion from the settings page; some data is retained for 30 days for legal compliance before permanent deletion.
13. Amendments & Deemed Acceptance
IDS.GG reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email — however, you remain responsible for staying informed of any updates.
